JUNIPER Annual Meeting 2024
The JUNIPER annual meeting takes place in spring every year and provides a unique networking opportunity for epidemiology modellers across the UK.
Overview
This year is the inaugural annual meeting for the JUNIPER partnership. The first day of the meeting will set out the primary aims of the partnership for the next 5 years, introduce the key members of staff and highlight some of the initial research areas the partnership are currently supporting. There will also be talks from key JUNIPER government partners on the research policy interface. The first day will end with a plenary talk by Dr Anne Cori from Imperial College London followed by a drinks reception and networking event.
The second day will provide an opportunity to support shaping JUNIPER activities over the coming year with a Q&A session with the senior leadership team. There will also be an opportunity to take part in a writing for the public workshop with the Plus magazine team as well as finding out more about the current research activities of JUNIPER members.
