Title: Epiverse-TRACE: Advancing and Enabling Collaborative Open-Source R Tools for Outbreak Analytics
Abstract: Effective outbreak analytics involves a range of tasks, from data preparation to modeling and reporting for public health decision-making. The Epiverse-TRACE initiative, an international collaboration, is developing an open-source ecosystem of R packages to enhance flexibility and interoperability in outbreak analytics. Drawing on past epidemic responses, Epiverse-TRACE aims to ensure that common tasks can be seamlessly integrated into analytical pipelines. This presentation will highlight progress so far and demonstrate applications of some of the tools and their potential to support high-quality, globally collaborative outbreak analytics.
