Additional resources

This is a list of where you can find additional resources to help you with your STEP revision.

The current STEP specifications, past papers, examiners reports and information about costs and dates can be found on the OCR STEP website.

Handwritten answers to the past 20 years of STEP papers are available from MEI.

Dr Stephen Siklos has written a book analysing selected STEP questions, Advanced Problems in Mathematics.

A reading list for those thinking of studying a degree in mathematics, as well as everybody who enjoys maths: Cambridge University Mathematical Reading List.

There are some notes on logic and proof available below. These have been written to help students preparing for the Test of Mathematics for University Admission, but might also be helpful for early STEP preparation.

Expanded specification notes on the parts of the STEP specifications not routinely covered at A level can be found here.

Below is a document showing how the new and old STEP specifications are related, which may be useful when working through past papers.
