Code of Conduct - online events

We want everyone to enjoy and benefit from taking part in these events. We ask everyone involved to follow our Code of Conduct:

• This event may be recorded, and your microphone and video will be turned off during the session. You can communicate with the presenter(s) using the Q and A and/or chat facilities (the chat facility will be disabled for some events).

• Please arrive on time for the webinars. We will do our best, but we cannot guarantee that anyone arriving late will be able to participate in the session.

• Please do not share your log-in details for the webinar with others - we need to ensure that only those who have registered for the event take part.

• Always remember to respect other participants.

• Any participants who do not respect our Code of Conduct may be removed from the webinar.

• If anything during the event concerns you, please alert us by email. Any reports will be dealt with discreetly and in accordance with our safeguarding procedures.
