I'm asking this question here because I feel like an answer from you guys would be generally more valuable than that of other A level students.
For my AS grades, I got...
C1 = 88
C2 = 95
M1 = 82
FP1 = 89
S1 = 80
S2 = 83
I got an A in my Chemistry AS, though I'm not continuing that for A2 and it was also a scraped grade. I got an A in my Physics mock, but I don't know what UMS it was.
I've already completed one gold crest award and am applying for a second.
I'm aiming to study Mathematics (of course), but choosing the Maths with Physics option in the first year.
I got an A* in Maths GCSE, A at Further Maths, A in all three sciences.
Am I likely to get an offer?
A side note, should I ask
A side note, should I ask Cambridge admissions directly about these grades and my likelihood of getting an interview/offer?
Admissions
Hi, none of us on here are admissions tutors and we cannot give a meaningful answer to this, sorry!
It might be helpful to read this page which explains what Cambridge admissions tutors look for. In particular:
"We look for evidence of these qualities using many sources of information. These include existing and predicted grades, school reference, personal statement, and what we learn at time of interview. We do not simply grade and sum these sources separately. Instead we use all available information together, taking individual context into account, to form a picture of each applicant."
