Both Q14 and Q16 are given as 2013 S3 Q7, and I don't think Q14 is

I think Q14 is 2008 STEP III Q4 if that helps.

Fixed it (I hope). Thanks for spotting that.

Over the next week I will try and latex up as many solutions as I can to these questions. I will produce a solutions file which I will keep updating as new solutions are ready.
