For the integration section. I got the limits the wrong way round but then did the integration correctly so would I get the method marks for the integration despite my limits being the wrong way round and getting the negative answer

You should get all of the method marks. In an exam situation I would go back and scribble out the old limits and replace them with the correct ones, and then make sure I had corrected the working all the way through (possibly by putting a negative sign outside everything).
