I'm not sure if I should report all typo I encounter, so please just tell me if I'd better stop.

In the meanwhile, here is another one : in STEP III Pure, the last sentence of page 5 is unfinished (because for this integral ---> $I_{-1}$ does not converge)

Here is another typo in question 7 i) (2006 S3 Q7) : $\frac{d sinh(x)}{dx} = cosh(x) \neq sh(x)$

Here is another at the bottom of page 19.

$$\int_0^x{\sin t dt} = \left[- \cos x \right]_0^x = 1 - \cos x \neq \left[- \cos x \right]_0^x = \cos x -1$$

## Typo

Here is one again, in the blue paragraph of page 2 we have $x^4 = 1$ instead of $x^4 = -1$

Hi - thanks for all the typo spotting! I have had a good look through the STEP III misc pure solutions and questions and cannot find this typo. Am I looking in the correct module? Cheers!

Please do keep alerting us to any typos. When using latex it is very easy to make a mistake (and whilst we do check the pdfs we don't catch everything!).

(BTW - the STEP papers do go through a much more rigorous testing and proofreading process!)

## Typo

It may have already been alerted to but I think there is a mistake on the STEP III Complex Numbers module. In the module's solution section for 2010 Q3 S3, $$x^p -1 = 0$$ isn't factorised correctly leading to the wrong answer to part (iii) of the question.
